Please fill out the registration form below and we will contact you to confirm your team and collect payment.

Entry Fee: $125 per team

Registration includes: 4 players, 2+ games, a t-shirt for each player, a bottle of water and a sports drink for each player, one food ticket for each player

Once you register your team, the BT8 Foundation will email to confirm your registration and will coordinate with you to collect payment.
